Autumn Update

In response to a Pre-Application the NPA have accepted the approach suggesting changes to an Arts and Crafts house in the Forest. Our next step will be the preparation of a planning Application.

Late summer and early Autumn have seen Planning Consent granted for proposals on a number of projects. NFDC has approved designs that were developed for a Listed building in the Milford on Sea Conservation Area and the National Park Authority have granted planning consent for a small outbuilding in the grounds of a Heritage property in the Lyndhurst Conservation Area. Construction drawings have been prepared for the later and construction should begin this year.

We are now in the process of tendering the Construction of works to a house in Lymington.

Site activities for works to the Arts and Craft house featured in our 2020 Spring update have been delayed and are now expected to commence in Spring next year.

FAL been appointed to work on a unique project set in the National Park and we will provide further updates as we develop our approach to the design.
