Summer Update

We have now taken internal and some external photos for our Arts and Craft House in the Milford on Sea Conservation area. Works continue for the external landscape and when complete we will return to photograph the outside.

During the summer FAL obtained planning consent for alteration of two houses in Milford on Sea and the detail design is now ongoing.

There has been a delay to the construction of a small outbuilding in the National Park and another has been completed with photographs included below.

Construction is progressing for the transformation of a bungalow in Everton and tender negotiations are ongoing for the refurbishment of a bungalow in Lymington.

A Planning Application is currently being processed for the refurbishment of a house on the edge of the National Park.
