Summer Update

Construction continues for our project in the Milford on Sea Conservation area and following excavation the boundary retaining walls are in place receiving the facing brickwork veneer. The photographs illustrate the very high standard of workmanship. Facilitated by the boundary treatment and demolition of part of the house the construction of an extension is now making good progress. The sustainable approach to materials includes the reuse of stone sills. Meanwhile planning approval has also now been obtained for the construction of a lean too greenhouse attached to this property.

During the summer FAL obtained planning consent for the transformation of a bungalow in Everton and the construction of a small outbuilding in the National Park. 

Detailed design of the Arts and Craft house in the Forest featured in previous updates is ongoing. 

We are in the early stages of a number of new projects that we will report upon in due course.
