Summer Update

This Summer we have been appointed to collaborate on a number of exciting new projects. This has included investigating Heritage issues associated with a delightful Arts and Crafts house concealed in the New Forest. We have started a dialogue with the National Park Authority to agree ways in which changes to this house may put it on sustainable basis for the future.

The NPA accepted the approach presented in a Pre-Application for an outbuilding in the grounds of an attractive Heritage property in the Lyndhurst Conservation Area and a planning application is now being processed.

While we have worked through and navigated the Pandemic it is not without consequences. One project awaiting construction has been put on hold. With access to information and coordination with other parties restricted during the lockdown this impacted the progress of the detailed design of other projects and the preparation of construction information. Goals have been adjusted accordingly and new Construction targets set for the affected projects.
