30 Apr Spring Update 2020
Since the Corona Virus pandemic has spread globally, we are all now experiencing a different world. We recognise that many are tragically affected as a result. First and foremost, they deserve our thoughts and sympathies at this time. Right now, greater priorities exist and we praise the bravery and strength of health, care and other key workers that we all depend upon.
We are fortunate that we continue to be open for business and can report that in recent weeks have obtained a further two planning consents. We have been working on plans for the refurbishment of a Heritage home in the Milford on Sea Conservation area and have previously received a number of consents for changes at this property. The extent to which changes may be possible for this property has been the subject of some negotiation and agreement has now been reached with the Conservation Officer. Also we have received planning consent for a contemporary bungalow conversion in Lymington. We are now progressing with the detailed designs so that we may be able to produce construction information for these two projects. We hope that when it is considered safe to return to construction activities we will be able to realise our Client’s aspirations and build the changes to these homes.
