Autumn Update

After receiving Planning Approval and a period of design development for the detail design of a contemporary orangery we are in the process of preparing Construction drawings.

Following a dialogue with the Planning Authority we have been developing a unique landscape feature designed in the Milford on Sea Conservation Area between our Client’s property and the neighbouring site where a replacement house is being constructed. The image explores the masonry structure envisaged for a cascading masonry terrace that will be covered with planting to create a green transition between the neighbouring properties.

We were appointed in the Summer for works to a bungalow in Lymington and have continued to explore options for the internal planning and external treatment to remodel this property. This project includes rooms within a new roof together with the extension and reconfiguration of the layout.

Planning Consent was achieved for minor works to a house in Lymington with modifications to alter the internal layout and additional roof lights to increase the daylighting.
