Winter 2017/18
Designs have been prepared that will provide a complete refurbishment of a bungalow in Sway and a Planning Application has been submitted. Located on a sloping site that generates issues for access, the goal of this project has been to tailor the design of the interior and exterior of the building to suit its new owners. Feasibility investigations have been undertaken for a garage to a house in Lymington. Feasibility is ongoing for works to a listed cottage in Lymington.
