Planning Application submitted for extension in Milford on Sea Conservation Area. Located in the Conservation Area in the centre of Milford on Sea, the property is identified as a key important building. Designed at the turn of the twentieth century by the local architect William Ravenscroft,  the  proposals prepared for this project seek to incorporate new residential accommodation above an existing restaurant. In addition to the sensitive remodelling of the existing building in a manner sympathetic to the original arts and crafts building the project also requires the integration of arrangements for the extract ventilation of the commercial kitchen extract.

Application for Listed Building Consent heritage property Milford on Sea. The heritage aspects of this building has required some negotiation with the Conservation Officer. Now arrangements have been agreed an application is submitted to sympathetically restore the existing building, add new accommodation above an existing ground floor extension and to create a double height/gallery space in the original room. The changes will produce new accommodation, greatly improve the day lighting of the existing building, create impressive new spaces and by the use of contemporary materials realise exciting new spaces revealing the historic timbers of the ancient roof through glass handrails.
