Pre-Planning Application submitted for extension in Milford on Sea Conservation Area. This project explores the possibility of developing residential accommodation on an existing flat roof above an existing commercial remises. Continued design development of Heritage property in Milford on Sea. The property is an ancillary part of what was originally a stately home which was subdivided in the nineteen fifties. Proposals are being explored that will allow the residential development above a twentieth century extension and the sensitive integration of new accommodation into the heritage building.
