Planning Approval has now been granted for our Sway Project. In the meantime we have been developing the detailed construction information to allow a tender for the works. Designs have been developed for a rear extension to a house in Hordle and a Planning Application has been submitted.  This scheme incorporates a feature Oak frame and the goal of this project is to remodel it to address the restrictions that the small kitchen has on the current layout. By extending to the rear it will be possible to create more space for a practical and functioning kitchen, while an open plan arrangement will allow a better space for modern living.
