Spring 2015

Fitzgerald Architecture (FAL) created a Granny Annex in 2014. Approached again by the owner of this property we obtained approval for a larger homes extension allowing this client to realise more development potential for this dwelling.

Designs were developed for works to the curtilage for an attractive grade II listed building and following contact by the owner of a semi-detached bungalow in the historic centre of Everton we set about the holistic design of the complete redevelopment of this property.
