Everton approvals, new residential and historic buildings
Summer 2015
In Everton, collaboration with the client resulted in proposals for the complete re-organisation of the interor to more effciently use the available space creating a contemporary living environment. Relocation of bedrooms into a thermally effcient extension provides more comfortable accommodation and opening up the foor plate has permitted the upgrading of the structure to comply with regulations.
After receiving Planning and Building Regulations approvals the construction work was tendered this summer. Amongst other projects, plans are ongoing for development of a small urban site with proposed designs for two new build semi-detached dwellings. FAL have also undertaken research into the history of a local Heritage asset preparing initial designs for development proposals.
